Shuttering Carpenters

Link-Force Ltd is seeking a skilled Contract Shuttering Carpenter for a reputable commercial Construction company based in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, removal, and maintenance of formwork for various residential building projects. This role requires a strong understanding of shuttering techniques, safe working practices, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. You will work closely with site managers and other trades to ensure the timely and accurate completion of formwork tasks, maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout the project duration.

• Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter (Formwork) in residential construction
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in carpentry or formwork (where applicable)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols on construction sites
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Availability to commit to a 6-month plus contract
