We are hiring a Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our growing team at our state-of-the-art luxury brand workshop in Oxford. • Salary: £37,500 – £45,000 per year (Tailored directly to your technical experience and skillset).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00—enjoy stable, permanent weekday hours with strictly no weekend shifts required.

As a vital Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic in our high-tech Oxford bays, you will:

• Tackle all aspects of high-spec luxury vehicle repairs
  , advanced vehicle servicing, and chassis maintenance.
• Use cutting-edge manufacturer diagnostic tools and software to systematically investigate, track down, and rectify complex faults.
• Operate comfortably within set processes and given manufacturer timescales to maintain a smooth workshop flow.
• Maintain exceptional, safety-first mechanical repairs to deliver an elite customer experience alongside a skilled technical team.

• Qualifications: Minimum industry-recognized NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) is required. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
• Experience: Previous hands-on experience working within a franchised dealership environment is required.
• Licensing: A full UK driving licence is essential.
  An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not essential.
• Equipment: Must possess your own hand tools to manage daily repair and diagnostic tasks effectively.
• Key Strengths: Strong technical expertise, solid organizational skills, a dedicated work ethic, and a positive team-player attitude.

Based in Oxford, our state-of-the-art facility offers a quick, straightforward daily commute for candidates travelling from Abingdon, Witney, Bicester, Didcot, Kidlington, Banbury, and surrounding Oxfordshire areas.
