Vehicle Technician / LCV Technician - Oxford
We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, LCV Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician or Fleet Technician to join a busy fleet workshop in Oxford. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and have proven vehicle maintenance and repair experience. They must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Salary: £40,906 basic
OTE:
Up to £60,000 including overtime
Hours:
39.5 hours per week | Rotating shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm / 9:30am-6:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays with a weekday off
- Up to £60,000 earning potential with overtime

- Service, maintain and repair light and heavy commercial vehicles
- Carry out vehicle inspections and diagnostic work
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete routine maintenance and safety-related repairs
- Work on a varied fleet including LCVs, HGVs and electric vehicles
- Use specialist workshop tooling and diagnostic equipment
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and workshop safety
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, LCV Technician, Commercial Vehicle Technician, HGV Technician or Fleet Technician
- Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of vehicles
- Full manual UK Driving Licence
- Own toolkit suitable for routine maintenance and repairs
- Ability to work the advertised rotating shift pattern li>
- Right to work in the UK
- HGV licence and trailer experience are desirable but not essential
