S2 Residential is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to support residents and the maintenance team. You will handle service requests, perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and help with unit turns and safety tasks.
A valid driver’s license and EPA HVAC certification are required. Responsibilities include inspecting appliances, addressing lighting and plumbing issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
