An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Electrician to join a highly respected and well-established property maintenance organisation based in Oxfordshire.

This is a secure, permanent position offering an excellent salary and benefits package, together with the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of domestic and commercial properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, testing and remedial works, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with current regulations.

The Role

* Carrying out electrical installation, maintenance and remedial works across domestic and commercial properties

* Undertaking electrical repairs, fault finding and diagnostics

* Completing rewires and associated electrical works

* Carrying out inspection, testing and verification of electrical installations

* Identifying and resolving electrical faults efficiently

* Ensuring all works comply with BS7671 Wiring Regulations and current health and safety legislation

* Completing electrical documentation and certification accurately

* Working to agreed quality, safety and performance standards

* Liaising professionally with customers, colleagues and other trades

* Participating in a standby / call-out rota

Applicants should have:

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or an equivalent recognised qualification

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* A recognised electrical apprenticeship or suitable trade background

* Proven experience as a qualified Electrician

* Strong experience in electrical installation, maintenance and fault finding

* Experience with inspection and testing of electrical installations

* Good working knowledge of BS7671 and current electrical regulations

* The ability to diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs

* Good communication and customer service skills

* Full UK Driving Licence
