Electrical Installer (Automotive) Are you an experienced Electrical Installer looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a skilled and enthusiastic Electrical Installer to join an established company specialising in bespoke vehicle electrical installations and equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with electrical installation experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.

Salary £28,000 - £31,000 per hour , depending on experience. What you'll be doing Installing and routing electrical wiring, cable looms and associated equipment. Crimping, terminating and connecting wiring and electrical components. Installing and wiring lighting systems, including headlights, beacons, lightbars and auxiliary lighting. Installing CCTV cameras and other electrical/operating equipment. Following wiring diagrams, drawings and technical specifications to complete installations.

Testing systems and carrying out electrical fault finding and repairs. Using hand and power tools to complete installations. Removing and refitting vehicle trim and panels as required. Working with the team to ensure projects are completed within agreed timescales. Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail. What we're looking for Previous experience in electrical installation or a similar hands-on electrical role.

Good understanding of electrical wiring, connections and components. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Able to read and follow wiring diagrams, drawings or technical instructions. Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A reliable, professional and positive approach to work.

Automotive experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Working hours Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm Friday: 7:30am - 2:00pm Overtime opportunities are available and paid at an increased rate.
