We are currently recruiting for a skilled, experienced and qualified Carpenter in Oxford. Please see more details on the available role.
The Role:- Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties
- Repair and maintain occupied properties
- Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction
- Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing
- Qualifications NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- CSCS card (blue) - desired but no essential
- Ability to work independently in a reactive environment
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving license
- £710take home a week after tax
- £21.50an hour paid via CIS
- 42.5-hour working week
