Our client, a leading specialist in mobile SMART and alloy wheel repairs, is seeking a dedicated Vehicle SMART/Alloy Wheel Repair Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to join a well-established company and deliver high-quality cosmetic damage repairs across dealership sites in Oxfordshire.
As a Vehicle SMART/Alloy Wheel Repair Technician, you will be an integral part of a team committed to customer satisfaction and industry excellence.
Benefits- Competitive basic salary of £28,890, with monthly bonuses that offer uncapped on-target earnings of £40,000–£50,000+ per annum

- Conduct minor cosmetic repairs such as bumper scuffs, chipped alloy wheels, and other cosmetic damages efficiently, with a focus on a first-time fix to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Visit dealership sites across Oxfordshire and the surrounding regions in a fully equipped, state-of-the-art company van
- Provide excellent customer service, representing our client’s brand and values at all times
- Use quality products and tools supplied by the company, with the ability to utilise your own basic toolkit for repairs
- Work independently, managing your schedule and prioritising tasks effectively
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Proven experience as a Vehicle SMART Repair Technician, Alloy Wheel Repair Technician, or relevant transferable automotive accident repair experience
- Skills in vehicle re-spraying, prepping, or other cosmetic repair techniques
- A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Proactive, organised, and self-motivated with a professional attitude
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach in liaising with clients and customers
