Position: Accounting Clerk (AR/AP)
Job Description
The Accounting Clerk will support the accounting team with day-to-day financial operations, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. The position offers exposure to core accounting functions and the opportunity to develop practical skills under the guidance of experienced staff.

Accounts Payable Processing Review invoices, match purchase orders, obtain approvals, and prepare payments.

Accounts Receivable Support Assist with customer billing, payment posting, and account reconciliation.

Data Entry Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software.

Reconciliations Support monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor statements, and customer accounts.

Document Management Organize and maintain digital and physical financial files.

General Accounting Support Assist with audits, reporting, and special projects as assigned.

Skills Required
HSGED. Some experience in ARAP or general accounting internship, coursework, or entry-level role. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency with Excel and comfort learning accounting software.

Skills Preferred
GAAP familiarity is a plus
