Job Title: Accounting, HR/Payroll & Purchasing Specialist

Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour

We are seeking a highly experienced Accounting, HR/Payroll & Purchasing Specialist with a minimum of five years of direct, relevant experience. This role requires someone who can step in and contribute immediately with minimal training.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, payroll, and HR functions, along with experience in purchasing and vendor coordination.

Accounting

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain financial records

HR & Payroll

• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee records and support onboarding
• Assist with HR compliance and employee relations

Purchasing

• Place orders and track inventory levels
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain supplier relationships

General

• Maintain organized documentation
• Support daily office operations and related tasks

• Minimum 5+ years of direct experience in accounting, HR/payroll, and purchasing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable attendance required
