Order Entry Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist for an on-site opportunity in Oxnard and Carpinteria, CA. This role is ideal for someone with strong order processing, data entry, and customer support experience who enjoys working with accuracy, structure, and a high level of accountability.

As an Order Entry Specialist, you will review, validate, and process customer purchase orders while ensuring all information is complete, accurate, and aligned with established quality standards. Key Responsibilities

- Review purchase orders and verify that order details have been entered accurately according to order entry and quality assurance standards.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect order information and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining daily productivity expectations and deadlines.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams regarding order status, order entry questions, and quality review findings.
- Support customer satisfaction by maintaining a strong focus on product accuracy, quality, and service standards.
- Use order processing systems, email, spreadsheets, and internal tools to track and validate order information.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $22 to $23 per hour.
- Job Type: Direct Hire / Temp-Hire.

- Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Work Arrangement:
On-site in Oxnard, CA.
- Candidates are expected to work a full 8-hour daily schedule, with overtime as needed.
- Background check and drug screen required.
