Overview
Quality Assurance/Order Entry Representative — Job — Category Admin Clerical — Location CA Oxnard — Hours 40 Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm — Pay $22.00–$24.00
Order Entry Representative Needed in Oxnard
Responsibilities- This position is accountable for reviewing and reporting results based on customer fulfillment activities.
- Verify purchase orders have been entered and updated correctly per Order Entry and Quality Assurance standards.
- Communicate and follow up with other departments regarding required missing information needed to process orders.
- Work accurately and efficiently to maintain daily quota of processing orders.
- Maintain daily communication with ROE and answer all questions they may have regarding orders being entered by the order entry team.
- Possess a high regard for product quality and customer satisfaction.
- HS Diploma or GED.
- 2+ yrs of data entry exp.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to verify invoices and purchase order details.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office.
