Job Description
The Person al Assistant will provide administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be someone who is proactive, detailed and organized. They will be handling both personal and business related tasks so a focus on discretion and professionalism is key. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and travel arrangement. Manage emails, correspondence and phone calls. Prepare and draft documents and reports.
Attend meeting and take meetings making sure to follow up on action items. Act as the liaison between various departments. Prepare and deliver expense reports to the Executive and finance accounting department. Run personal errands and assist with personal tasks as needed. Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Other duties as assigned. Required
HS Diploma or GED. 2+ yrs exp as a Personal or Executive Assistant. Proficient in MS Office. Excellent organization and time mgmt skills. Strong communication skills.
Skills PreferredPrior exp in accounting, finance or business administration.
