Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Oxnard, CA
Pay: $22-25/hr DOE
Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, possesses strong Excel skills, and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data management
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
