• Appropriately file all automotive documents such as maintenance records, invoices, repair orders, and more
• Oversee the schedule for service department technicians’ repairs
• Verify warranty protections, review service contract coverage, create cost estimates, and all other documentation to facilitate vehicle service work
• Relay relevant automotive technology and product knowledge to explain necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments
• Work with the dealership auto service porter to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pick‑up

• Possess a valid, state‑issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Previous experience working as a service technician or in a service department a plus
• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
• Exemplary Microsoft Office program and general computer skills are mandatory
• Dealer Track and xTime experience recommended
