Accounts Payable Manager

The Accounts Payable Manager will play a critical role in transforming and stabilizing the Accounts Payable function across a highly complex, multi-entity organization. The company operates through a network of owned entities, partnerships, and joint ventures—primarily LLCs and S-Corps—requiring strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, and exceptional coordination across teams and geographies.

This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader to design and implement scalable, sustainable AP processes that support long-term growth. The role will focus on improving workflows, strengthening approval structures, optimizing vendor management, and partnering closely with Operations and Finance stakeholders across the U.S. and Mexico.

Accounts Payable Leadership & Operations

• Lead full-cycle Accounts Payable operations for a high-volume, high-complexity environment with thousands of vendors.
• Manage and develop an AP team of six, with team members located in CA and Mexico.
• Ensure timely, accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations across multiple entities.

Process Improvement & Systems

• Design, implement, and continuously improve AP workflows, approval processes, and controls to support scalability and efficiency.
• Evaluate and enhance existing systems and tools; partner with stakeholders on automation and system optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to align purchasing, vendor onboarding, and payment practices.

Pay: $70-$80/hour
