All workflows have slight variations, but the focus on customer service remains constant.

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques
  • Experience managing a team of 2+ salaried employees and 70+ indirect employees
  • Experience scoping, leading, and implementing process improvements through Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding department performance goals
