Over the course of a quarter century, we've quietly grown to become one of the largest affordable housing builders in California with over $3B of completed work to date. As a vertically integrated company, we are not bidding against other general contractors, and our employees and partners can be assured that our projects are secure and enjoy the stability that comes with working with a company that meets the ongoing housing shortage crisis in California.
