Construction Superintendent - Ssho

Supervise total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Includes interfacing with client representatives, architectural/engineering, and subcontractors. Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily onsite functions such as subcontractor scheduling, production, and workmanship. Position has the potential to oversee one or more jobs/areas at a time and may require travel.

The project is located on an active US military base, so applicants will be required to pass a government background check. The Superintendent/SSHO position may also require some minor labor duties, such as site cleanup, protect in place, touch up/ punch list items, or picking up materials for workers.

• Out-of-town travel may be required on projects located at but not limited to Naval Base Ventura County, Military Ocean Terminal Concord. Travel expenses covered by CMS include housing, flights, and fuel.
• Other locations may include but are not limited to:
  Southern California, Northern California.

4/10 or 5/8 schedule, dependent on job location. $110,000 - $132,000 salary depending on qualifications and experience.
