Associate Photographers are responsible for media collection for  and  Using a Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment, and an iPad, they create virtual tours, floor‑plans, and photography for residential homes. Each photographer has a core territory and schedules appointments to scan homes and apartments, capturing virtual tours, floor‑plans, and marketing photographs. The role works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and the management team and is managed remotely by a local Photography Manager.

• Support marketing efforts on  and  by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to showcase homes and apartments with professional techniques.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks.
• While not photographing a residential property, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage.
• Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties that need to be photographed.
• Adhere to CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally at all times and participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

• Repetitive sitting in a car and standing/walking up to 8 hours per day.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing on a tablet or laptop and operating camera equipment.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying.
• Operate and drive outdoors in all seasons.
• Work weekends on a rotating schedule.

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Real‑estate photography experience required.
• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer‑service experience and client‑first mindset.
• FAA Part 107 drone‑pilot license obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, internet applications, and Apple iOS products.
• Experience working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record required.

$50,000 – $55,000 (hourly) based on geographic location, skills, and competencies.
