Perform all Customer Service Advisor duties at an advanced level and resolve complex or escalated customer concerns.;
Serve as subject matter expert on products, services, systems, and shop procedures.;
Act as a key holder responsible for opening and closing the store and completing security procedures.;
Serve as primary point of contact and leader on duty when the Service Center Manager is not present.;
Mentor, train, and onboard Customer Service Advisors and assist with interviewing and evaluating candidates.
