Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is heavily focused on account management, customer support, order coordination, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing CRM systems, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and working extensively in Microsoft Excel.
