Warranty Services Representative

Position Overview

The Warranty Services Representative provides high-level customer support across all aspects of warranty service operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, coordinating service requests, validating warranties, and ensuring timely resolution of issues related to products and services for multi-family and large-scale commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

+ Deliver exceptional customer support via phone and electronic communication for warranty-related inquiries and service requests

+ Validate warranty eligibility, process claims, and ensure compliance with company policies

+ Interpret and clearly explain warranty terms, coverage, and product service details to customers

+ Coordinate and dispatch third-party contractors for service repairs and installations

+ Facilitate returns and exchanges for defective or malfunctioning products

+ Utilize internal systems (CRM/ERP) to track requests, document cases, and manage resolutions

+ Assess parts availability and coordinate inventory needs for service completion

+ Perform consistent follow-ups with customers and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution

+ Support vendor authorization and service provider onboarding/recruiting efforts

+ Manage multiple service cases simultaneously while prioritizing urgent requests

Required Skills & Experience

+ Experience in warranty claims processing, claims support, or customer service operations

+ Strong customer support and problem-resolution skills in a fast-paced environment

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry systems

+ Hands-on experience with CRM and/or ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.)

+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and manage high-volume requests

+ Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and data tracking

Additional Qualifications

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and service instructions

+ Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional team environment

+ Proven ability to support multiple product lines or service categories

+ Bilingual in Spanish preferred

This is a Contract position based out of Oxnard, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
