.
This role combines customer service, sales, technology, and finance with a compassionate approach to patient care. The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for guiding families through their orthodontic journey—from treatment presentation and financial planning to scheduling and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome patients and families, creating a positive and supportive experience
- Present orthodontic treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Review insurance eligibility, financial options, and payment plans with patients
- Coordinate treatment scheduling and patient flow using digital systems
- Build trust with families by providing caring, compassionate guidance
- Support billing, claims, and pre-authorization processes
- Maintain accurate patient records and financial agreements
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient care
- 2+ years of experience in dental, healthcare, sales, or customer service (orthodontics preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Healthcare, or related field)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused mindset
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital scheduling, billing, and CRM systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Established Reputation: 16+ years serving Ventura County families
