We are looking for a friendly, personable and enthusiastic registered dental assistant to join our stellar team in Oxnard/Somis.

• Lead administrative tasks for the back office (ordering supplies, equipment maintenance, scheduling, etc.).
• Perform clinical duties and assist during dental procedures.
• Assist in dental implant surgeries.
• Use intra‑oral scanners as required.
• Provide excellent patient care, ensuring patients feel comfortable.
• Support team collaboration and lead as a senior assistant.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with proven senior capabilities.
• 4–5 years experience in general practice preferred.
• Experience assisting in implant surgery and use of intra‑oral scanners preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability.
• Availability on some Saturdays.
