Hospitalist Medical Director – Stunning Coastal California

We’re seeking a Hospitalist Medical Director to step into a leadership role where collaboration, flexibility, and community impact come together. Stunning coastal location just one hour north of Los Angeles.

• Bring your leadership experience to lead this community-centered medical center, committed to delivering great care.
• Lead a close-knit team of 23 physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners at a Regional Medical Center.
• Work alongside associate medical directors, clinical performance nurses, program manager & coordinator.
• Base salary $300,000 – $345,000 PLUS a leadership stipend and fully loaded benefits plan
• Board‑certified/eligible in family or internal medicine with leadership in hospital medicine and at least 3+ years of hospitalist experience.
• Block scheduling with dedicated administrative days.
