Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general ENT care across both clinical and surgical settings.
- Maintain a balanced weekly schedule consisting of four days in the clinic and one day in the OR.
- Perform a variety of office procedures, including:
- Tubes, cerumen removal, and myringoplasties (ear drum repair).
- Intratympanic steroid injections and endoscopic debridements.
- Balloon sinuplasties (judiciously) and cryoblations.
- Oral biopsies, flexlaryngoscopies, needle biopsies, and nasal fracture reductions.
- Laser tongue ties and removal of small masses under local anesthesia.
- Leverage the flexibility to lean into specific sub-specialties or procedures of interest.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT).
- Active California medical license or the willingness to obtain one.
- A collaborative spirit and a desire to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $300,000 to $350,00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
