Physics Teacher – Lead A-Level Provision and Support Sixth Form Centre Excellence – Guernsey
This Secondary School, in conjunction with The Sixth Form Centre, is seeking a highly academic Physics Teacher to lead the A-Level provision from January 2026.
- Physics Teacher required from January 2026.
- Guernsey-based role teaching across School & Sixth Form.
- Seeking an academic specialist to drive A-Level Physics success and STEM pathways.
You will teach Physics across KS4, specialising in A-Level delivery at the Sixth Form Centre. The role requires rigorous teaching of complex concepts, successful delivery of practical endorsements, and mentoring students applying for competitive UK university STEM courses.
Experience and Qualifications- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Physics degree.
- Proven success in achieving outstanding results in A-Level Physics.
- Expertise in delivering mandatory practical endorsements and theory.
- Willingness to contribute to extension programmes (e.g., Physics Olympiad, Oxbridge preparation).
