Per Diem Instructional Aide - Classroom Support

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar classroom support role preferred
• Ability to assist students with instructional activities, behavior management, and personal care as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification or coursework is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assistance during classroom activities, supporting instructional and social-emotional learning
• Work one-on-one or with small groups to reinforce lesson content and foster engagement
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt materials for student needs
• Aid students with mobility, daily routines, or specialized requirements in accordance with teacher and school guidelines
• Monitor and encourage appropriate student behavior, redirecting as necessary
• Collaborate with teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
