Offshore I & E Technicians
- Up to $155,000/year
- Oxnard, CA
This company is seeking Offshore I & E Technicians to join their team in Oxnard, California. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems on offshore oil platforms. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in electrical systems, be physically fit, and able to work in challenging offshore environments. This is a great opportunity for those with a strong background in industrial electrical and instrumentation work.
Perks& Benefits
- Competitive annual wage: $105,000 to $155,000
- Paid training and study courses for certification maintenance
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical systems and motor driven equipment
- Relevant experience with mechanical equipment
- Physically fit to perform physical assessment
- Ability to work on offshore oil platforms in close quarters
- Ability to work varying shifts, including day and night, and overtime as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain Swing Rope Certification
- Proficiency in industrial control logic (ladder logic)
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and NEC code specifications
- Knowledge of lockout/tagout/EIL policies and procedures
- Training in low and high voltage equipment
