- Influence product design for manufacturability (DFM)

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, regulated environment and enjoys solving complex challenges.
- A degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in medical device, biopharma, or regulated manufacturing
And strong experience with:
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
- Product scale‑up and manufacturing transfer
- Ensure processes are validated, compliant, and audit‑ready
- Act as the Quality Lead on NPI projects
- Drive DFM initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency
- Execute validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Support product transfer and manufacturing readiness
