What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, regulated environment and enjoys solving complex challenges.

  • A degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in medical device, biopharma, or regulated manufacturing

And strong experience with:

  • Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
  • Product scale‑up and manufacturing transfer
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Ensure processes are validated, compliant, and audit‑ready
  • Act as the Quality Lead on NPI projects
  • Drive DFM initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency
  • Execute validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Support product transfer and manufacturing readiness
