Senior RF Engineer - Oxnard, CA

Job Summary

Mercury Systems Signal Technologies group has a great opportunity for an electrical RF Engineer with strong experience including design, prototyping, and testing at the module and component level for our Oxnard, CA location. Mercury Systems:

• Responsible for the detailed design of RF circuits.
• Develop functional specifications for sub‑assemblies and integrated microwave assemblies.
• Responsible for the release of engineering design documentation.
• Provide guidance for the development of automated product testing.
• Collaborate and effectively communicate with cross‑functional development teams.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in High Reliability, Aerospace, or Defense Electronics product development and manufacturing.
• Experience using RF simulation software (Microwave Office or AWR, ADS, HFSS).
• Broad experience troubleshooting RF/Microwave, analog, digital, and mixed‑signal circuits at the module and component level.
• Broad experience with RF/Microwave test equipment.
• Experience transferring new designs to production.
• Active Security Clearance required on day one.

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience using data analysis tools such as MATLAB.
• Familiarity with failure analysis/Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations.

This position requires you to have an active government security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
