We are looking for an Avionics Tech/installer with recent experience with avionics systems on general aviation aircrafts, with proficiency in electrical testing equipment and tools. Knowledge of FAA regulations and standards with strong attention to detail and safety protocols . He or She will be working on our fleet of 10 helicopters and 10 airplanes, including customer aircraft. Aspen Helicopters is involved in operations ranging from aerial surveys, executive charter, fire contracts, external load, military operations, PG and E, and agriculture.
We currently operate Bell 206B ,206L,, Partenavia P68C,TC ,OBS, Spartacus and SA226(B) Merlin 3B.

Job Requirements:
- 3 Years of avionics experience preferred
- Ability to install, troubleshoot, test and repair aircraft electronic, autopilot and avionic systems
- FAR 91.411/413 Pitot/Static & Transponder Certification experience
- Proficient in soldering, connector/coax terminations, and wire harness/cable routing
- Familiar with Cannon plugs, CPCs, D-Subs, AMP, Molex, and Card-edge connectors, including Terminal Blocks and Relays
- Ability to produce Airframe type aluminum fabrications
- read and interrupt wiring diagrams, schematics and technical manuals
- document Maintenance and repairs accurately
