Financial Solutions Advisor Registration - CA Coastal Market

Responsibilities

• Complete the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and Series
  66 exams (or equivalent) and maintain required licenses.
• Attend and complete the Bank of America Academy training and onboarding program.
• Earn a SAFE Act registration and comply with all background‑check requirements.
• Build, manage, and deepen relationships with a portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive financial advice and client reviews.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet clients’ financial needs.
• Present client recommendations and presentations with confidence and professionalism.
• Support and participate in the continuous career development journey through subsequent FSA stages.

• Demonstrated aptitude for obtaining industry licenses.
• Strong time and capacity management skills.
• Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
• Proven communication, collaboration, and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology.

• Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) holder.
• Bachelor’s degree and / or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.
• Experience in portfolio, referral, or business‑acquisition management.
• Executive presence, oral communication, and risk‑management knowledge.
• Basic trading awareness.

• Pipeline, referral, and prospecting management.
• Business acumen, executive presence, and oral communication.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; first shift (United States of America).

Hourly rate: $28.85–$33.65 (variable by experience, education, and skill set). Includes base salary only, no incentive eligibility.
