Are you a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment? We’re looking for an energetic Salon Manager to lead our team, grow the business, and create an outstanding experience for every client who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of talented hairstylists and barbers
- Drive store performance through coaching, recruiting, and team development
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a fun, positive culture
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and team communication
- Help grow the business through local marketing and community involvement
What We’re Looking For
- Management or leadership experience in a salon, retail, or customer service environment
- Current cosmetology or barber license
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Ability to coach, inspire, and lead by example
