Core Medical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a contract assignment in Oxnard, California. The role involves providing exceptional patient care in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in a long‑term care environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and patient goals.
  • Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain high productivity levels, meeting the 85% expectation set by the organization.
Qualifications
  • Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) with a current license in California.
  • Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a travel assignment setting.
