We are seeking a part-time Speech and Language Pathologist to provide specialized assessments and therapy for students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs.
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy in individual, group, and classroom settings.
- Collaborate with staff and families to support communication and feeding goals, incorporating evidence-based and behavioral strategies.
- Train staff and families on AAC devices, visual supports, and communication strategies.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts, including IEP meetings and progress documentation.
- Support behavior and crisis intervention by integrating communication supports.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA licensure, and experience with severe disabilities and AAC systems. Knowledge of ABA and bilingual skills are a plus. Compensation ranges from $50-$70/hour.
