Direct Support Professional – Inspire, Teach, and Make an Impact

Compensation, Schedule & Incentives- Pay Range: $19.00-$20.50 per hour, based on experience and education
- Part‑Time Start:
Positions begin part‑time with a minimum of 15‑20 hours per week required - Path to Full‑Time:
Opportunity to expand into full‑time hours depending on center needs and your availability
- $300 for part‑time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
- $600 for part‑time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
- An additional incentive of $0.50 up to $2 per hour can be applied for applicable cases
- Monday‑Friday between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm
- Weekends – Between 10 am and 5 pm
- Weekends Availability a PLUS!
- Cities Targeting:
Ojai, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, and Simi Valley - We aim to match you with clients near your home and offer mileage reimbursement if your client is over 20 miles away
