** Job Summary and Responsibilities*
* As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction.

Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being.

Job Functions:

CNA

+ Demonstrates basic patient care skills, including, but not limited to patient hygiene (bathing, grooming, oral and perineal care, back rubs). Measurement:
Observation, Patient Care Documentation.

+ Measures vital signs, weights, and measures I&O, accurately and within expected time frames. Measurement:
Observation, Accuracy, Timeliness.

+ Documents accurately on designated forms or in computer. Measurement:
Observation, Patient Care Documentation, Accuracy.

+ Ambulates, lifts, moves and transports patients within specified time frames. Measurement:
Observation, Timeliness.

+ Positions patients and performs range of motion exercises. Measurement:
Observation, Accuracy.

** Job Requirements*
* ** Required*
* + High School Graduate General Studies or High School GED, upon hire

+ Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program., upon hire

+ Certified Nursing Assistant: CA CNA, upon hire

+ Basic Life Support - BLS, upon hire

** Preferred*
* + Six (6) months recent hospital experience as CNA, preferred.
