** Guest Request Attendant** , you're not just delivering housekeeping items to guests - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

** Deliver items with care:
** Promptly fulfill guest requests for items such as toiletries, pillows, towels, rollaways, and cribs

** Provide professional shoe care:
** Retrieve, clean, shine, and return guest shoes with precision and attention to detail

** Organize supplies:
** Maintain tidy, well-stocked housekeeping storerooms, closets, and offices to support daily operations

+  
** Handle guest amenities:
** Set up and store rollaways, cribs, and other amenities to ensure readiness and cleanliness for future use
