Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Director of HR in executing core HR initiatives and managing daily operations
Serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related questions and processes
Assist in managing employee relations matters and support performance management processes
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a creative or fast-paced environment
Experience supporting HR operations
Working knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practices
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
