Senior Technical Account Manager – Yardi

What You’ll Do- Lead complex software implementations and multi‑product deployments tailored to each client’s operational goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by offering strategic guidance, best practices, and customized solutions that optimize Yardi product usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated application issues, drawing on deep product knowledge and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Mentor and support team members while working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and long‑term success.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five plus (5+) years of Yardi domain technical support or client service experience.
- Proven ability to independently manage and resolve a variety of complex Yardi client issues.
- Expert technical and product knowledge of one or more Yardi software products.
- Expertise in the property management or relevant Yardi supported industry and industry best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles.
- Technical fluency in Microsoft operating and network system operation, relational databases, and SQL/Oracle language.
- Proven project and customer relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to positively influence clients, peers, and management.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and train other team members.
- Independent, sound decision‑making, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Client‑centered commitment and focus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 desktop applications.
- Technical expertise in mobility and mobile devices.
- Fluency in social media.

Annual Salary Range: $80,800 - $90,900
