Technician Team Leader

Action Link is seeking a Technician Team Leader to oversee field-based retail technology projects for consumer electronics brands. In this role, you will lead a small team of technicians executing in-store installations, configurations, and merchandising of premium electronics displays. You will coordinate schedules, ensure quality standards, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide hands-on training and performance feedback. The Technician Team Leader partners closely with clients and retail partners, reports project results, maintains detailed documentation, and supports continuous process improvement in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule a team of field technicians executing in-store projects
• Oversee installation, configuration, and merchandising of electronics displays
• Ensure quality, safety, and brand standards on every project
• Troubleshoot technical and connectivity issues on-site
• Train, coach, and evaluate technician performance
• Coordinate with clients, retailers, and internal project managers
• Document work completed, issues, and resolutions accurately
• Report project status, results, and metrics to leadership
• Maintain tools, equipment, and tech inventory
• Support continuous improvement of field processes and best practices
