The Lead Tech provides our core services to our clients while ensuring an excellent customer service experience. These services include, but may not be limited to, window cleaning, pressure washing, rain gutter cleaning, awning cleaning, and solar panel cleaning.

• Complete assigned work orders while hitting key effective hourly rate targets.
• Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 4 or 5 at all times to achieve increased profitability and repeat business.
• Use scheduling software to track job times.
• May be required to train inexperienced assistants.
• Maintain a clean and safe work site by following safety rules and procedures and wearing personal protective equipment as required.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that positively benefit interactions with internal and external customers.
• Ability to communicate with customers about the work to be completed and explain our processes.
• Ability to operate a variety of light equipment and hand tools according to established safety and risk management practices.
• Organized and efficient with time management.
• Ability to work outdoors for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions.
• Availability for a flexible work schedule between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday‑Friday, and occasional Saturday or Sunday.

• Access to reliable transportation.

• Clean DMV; will be driving company vehicles.
