BLISS Car Wash – Car Wash Supervisor
Bliss Car Wash is looking for an energetic, experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join a growing team.

Responsibilities- Supervise the site team and maintain a clean, efficient site.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform attire and following uniform/appearance policy.
- Schedule the site team by following company policy.
- Review/approve employee timecards.
- Provide excellent guest experience by training the team on internal and external programs and building guest loyalty through the membership program.
- Train the team on product knowledge, package details, upgrades, and the membership program.
- Follow through/train the team on offering the membership program to all guests.
- Provide daily direction to the team and ensure safety and other compliance procedures are followed.
- Anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as necessary.
- Train on-site open/close process and ensure the site is fully operational during business hours.
- Provide strong, positive, and proactive leadership; give direction, feedback, and hold team members accountable for performance and results.
- Give corrective actions/PIP when needed following company policy/guidelines.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols for the team and guests.
- Perform monthly OSHA training.
- Train the team on monthly consumable inventory and ordering consumables.
- Perform and train on after-hours site cleaning (includes tunnel equipment, tunnel floor, tunnel walls, tunnel pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area, etc.).
- Ensure staffing levels meet site needs.
- Interview, recruit, hire, and train all car wash staff.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.
- Be flexible to step into any role necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Must Have Car Wash Supervisor Experience.
- Must always maintain the highest level of guest service.
- Ability to adapt to the ever-changing high-volume car wash while working in a team environment.
- Take initiative when problems arise.
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations.
- Attention to detail with the capability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including Fridays & Saturdays.
- Ability and willingness to work at other locations as needed.
- Demonstrates ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations.
- Written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and have organizational skills.
- Able to lead, support, and contribute to team goals.
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, clearly communicating operational concerns with management and co-workers.
- Works mainly outdoors and at times indoors.
- Exposure to equipment fumes and cleaning solvents (dust, fumes, gases).
- Temperature and conditions may fluctuate (heat, cold, humidity).
- Loud noise and vibration exposure.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to operate all related equipment.
Compensation: $19 to $22 per hour Plus Commission.
Sign-on Bonus: $1,000.00.
