We are seeking a dynamic Department Manager (DM) to oversee clinical and administrative operations within our clinic. This role is responsible for staff supervision, service delivery oversight, performance metrics, and ensuring high-quality care for the families we serve.

Day-to-Day Impact
Operations & Leadership
- Oversee clinic metrics (service hours, census, cancellations, satisfaction).
- Ensure staff meet billable targets and deliver 85%+ of scheduled direct services.
- Manage administrative team performance and coverage.
- Attend monthly leadership meetings to review performance metrics.
- Maintain relationships with funding sources and regional centers.
- Ensure documentation, onboarding, and reporting deadlines are met.
- Uphold HIPAA, mandated reporting laws, and company policies.
Clinical Oversight
- Provide case supervision and treatment plan oversight.
- Mentor and support Supervisors and clinical staff.
- Conduct monthly meetings reviewing barriers, cancellations, and utilization.
- Oversee timely submission of reports and assessments.
- Train staff in alignment with company best practices.
- Support families through proactive communication and service quality.
Who We’re Searching For
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of supervision or clinical experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
- Experience with program design, data collection, and report writing
- 2+ years supervising and mentoring staff
- Business management or P&L experience
- Experience serving culturally diverse communities
