The Assistant Community Manager is a full-time, on-office role based in Oxnard, CA. This position involves assisting Community Managers with the daily operations of assigned associations, including supporting Board meetings, managing work orders, overseeing vendor communications, and providing exceptional customer service to community members. Additional responsibilities include tracking project timelines, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating conflict resolution within the community. The Assistant Community Manager will work closely with clients, vendors, and other team members to promote the efficient and effective management of communities we service.
Qualifications- Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing schedules, records, and workflows.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with Board members, community residents, and vendors.
- Basic knowledge of property management principles, HOA functions, and industry regulations.
- Technical proficiency with office software and management tools to perform daily operational tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, make decisions, and resolve conflicts while maintaining professionalism.
- Experience in customer service within a similar field is preferred.
- Community or Property Management experience, or a related field is a plus.
- Availability to work in our Oxnard office with flexibility to attend occasional after-hours meetings.
