The City of Oxnard is seeking a Collections Supervisor in the Environmental Resources Division within the Public Works Department. You will oversee daily commercial solid waste, recycling, and organics collection operations and provide support for residential and roll-off collection services as needed.
You will supervise staff, analyze performance data, manage schedules, coordinate with contractors and City departments, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and safety.
