• Reviewing and adjusting manufacturing work instructions
• Maintaining production records
• Ensuring all equipment operates efficiently
• Regular maintenance and repair of departmental machines
• Analyzing work problems and assisting team members in troubleshooting issues
• Setting up dies and materials, operating shop equipment, coordinating tool maintenance
• Collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering on process improvements
• Contributing to staff training to ensure excellence and safety

• Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex information and design efficient workflows
• Creativity in design for generating innovative solutions
• Effective problem-solving abilities; capacity to analyze and resolve issues promptly
• Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, CNC Pro Machine Programming software, and familiarity with CAD/CAM programs
• Educational background: typically an Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of machine shop practices
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Commitment to safety in a moderate noise environment
