Production Supervisor

Overview

Our client, Food Manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Oxnard, California

Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000

FOOD & BEVERAGE Manufacturing background is IDEAL

• Oversee daily production operations on the 2nd shift, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Manage a team of 40 employees at the facility, including supervising 15 contract employees per shift.
• Monitor production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with other departments and supervisors to meet production targets and uphold product quality.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in food production.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective team coordination.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure safety and quality compliance.

• Competitive salary within the range of $75,000 to $90,000.
• Additional off-shift bonus of $3,500 per year, paid quarterly.
